Kasma Rural District (Persian: دهستان كسما) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Sowme'eh Sara County, Gilan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 16,062, in 4,557 families.[2] The rural district has 36 villages.
