Kawęczyn [kaˈvɛnt͡ʂɨn] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Godziszów, within Janów Lubelski County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Godziszów, 3 km (2 mi) north-east of Janów Lubelski, and 58 km (36 mi) south of the regional capital Lublin.
