Kentucky Route 714 (KY 714) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky and is 8.733 miles (14.054 km) long. The route is located entirely in Shelby County.

Route description

The route originates at a junction with KY 44 and KY 53 in Southville and travels northeastward. After meeting the eastern terminus of KY 2866, KY 714 crosses a railroad and passes through Hemp Ridge. North of Hemp Ridge, the road turns northwestward and crosses over Interstate 64. 1.5 miles North of I-64, KY 714 meets the eastern terminus of KY 1790 and continues northwestward to its eastern terminus at US 60 east of Shelbyville near Guist Creek Lake.

The entire route runs through primarily rural sections of Shelby County.
