Khakineh-ye Bala (Persian: خاكينه بالا‎‎, also Romanized as KhÄkÄ«neh-ye BÄlÄ; also known as KhÄkÄ«neh, KhÄgÄ«nah, Khaginakh, KhÄgÄ«neh, and KhÄkÄ«neh-ye ‘OlyÄ)[1] is a village in Niyarak Rural District, Tarom Sofla District, Qazvin County, Qazvin Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 166, in 37 families.[2]
