Khayarmara (खयरमारा) is a part of Janakpur Zone located on east of Mahottari district in Nepal that is within the VDC that touches many areas together with Sindhuli to North.

Khayarmara is located in Mahottari District Janakpur Jone It is 7.5;km upward from Mahendra Highway. Its chowk name is Banpat Chowk near to Laxminiya Chowk. There is one bazaar located in village. Its near district is Sarlahi and Sindhuli. You can go to Sarlahi by crossing Banke Khola and we can travel Sindhuli from Bhitri Khola. There is one camp of APF and Nepal Police. Its main place is School Chowk, Bajar Chowk, Chautaro near Pokhari, Damar, Bhetnari, Chodke, Bhitrikhola, Bharatbaje Tol, and Thapa Tole. There are 7 Wad Numbers. Wad 1 lies top of the village. Many people go shopping to Lalbandi, Bardibas and other place. People depend on agriculture. Mainly the people speak Nepali, Tamang, Maithili, Slang English and Bhojpuri. There is electricity, water and network of one tower of Ncell, Nepal Telecom is making its network soon.

There is a gravel road (Under construction). From Khayarmara to Sindhuli, one bus is running forom 18 years. And now there are many small vehicles running from Bazar Chowk to Banpat Chowk. A bridge is under construction on Buda Kholsi and Khayarmara Chautaro to 9Number.
