Lalbandi is a Municipality in Sarlahi District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. The municipality was established on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Jabdi, Lalbandi and Pattharkot VDCs.[1][2] At the time of the 2011 Nepal Census it had a population of 14583 people living in 3295 individual households. The famous place of lalbandi municipalities are: Dumdume temple, durga mandir, Panch kumari, jalkani etc [3]
