Kiełbasy [kʲɛu̯ˈbasɨ] (German: Kelbassen, 1935-45:Wehrberg) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rozogi, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Rozogi, 17 km (11 mi) south-east of Szczytno, and 57 km (35 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia). In the East Prussian plebiscite of 1920 85 inhabitants voted to remain in Germany, none for Poland.^[2] Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
