Kingswells is a suburb of Aberdeen, Scotland, situated west of the city centre, east of Westhill, north of Cults and south of Dyce.

Kingswells has existed as a village for centuries, but only beginning in the 1980s did it expand greatly as a result of the boom in the oil industry. It has few amenities given its relatively large size, with no secondary school and a relative lack of shopping facilities, although it does have a primary school, convenience store, veterinary surgery, a Chinese takeaway, a pizza takeaway, a hairdresser, a cafe, a pharmacy, two nurseries, two community halls, a car garage and a restaurant inn. In the nearby mile or so there is also a business complex with a hotel, home to a Starbucks.

Kingswells has become notorious in recent years for its poor broadband connections. Despite being many miles from several towns, it does not have its own telephone exchange, which means most residents have suffered from low broadband speeds, as their lines are connected to a town at least two miles from the area. This has become even more problematic when a trial was conducted at an unknown point to provide fibre optic broadband services: the network used is known as TPON, an abbreviation for "Telephony over Passive Optical Network", but this network does not support any broadband services. As a result, despite a rollout of "Fiber-to-the-cabinet" services by Openreach, hardly anyone can receive the service due to TPON.
