Kobylice [kɔbɨˈlit͡sɛ] (German: Kobelwitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cisek, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Cisek, 5 km (3 mi) south-west of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 43 km (27 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 527.
