Nitesh HUB

Nitesh HUB is a shopping mall in Pune.[1] Initially, the project was a joint venture between Plaza Centers India (owned by Elbit Imaging Ltd of Israel) and local businessman Avinash Bhosale. While the project was still in construction, Plaza Centers bought out its partner Bhosale for US$20 million to gain complete control of the project.[2] It was formally opened in March 2012.[3]

The mall is spread over 400,000 square feet cost Rs. 5 billion to build. It has three levels of underground parking capable of accommodating 1,100 cars and 950 two wheelers. The food court can accommodate up to 500 people. In 2009, the promoters signed up with PVR Cinemas as a multiplex partner.[4]

South Indian developer Nitesh Estates, which built India's first Ritz Carlton hotel, has bought Israeli billionaire Mordechai Zisser's 1-million-sq-ft Plaza Centre Mall in Pune for Rs 300 crore [5]
