Kornél Mundruczó (born 3 April 1975) is a Hungarian actor, film director and screenwriter. He has directed 15 short and feature films since 1998. His film Johanna was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
His next film White God has been granted production from the Hungarian Film Fund.[2] It won the Un Certain Regard Prix at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.[3][4]
On 30 March 2016, it was announced that a psychological drama-thriller titled Deeper is set to be directed by Mundruczó from a script by Max Landis, starring Bradley Cooper and produced by Landis and David S. Goyer.[5]
