Kothacheruvu (Telugu: కొత్తచెరువు) is a town and a mandal in Anantapur district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]

Kothacheruvu is located to the west of Bukkapatnam cheruvu(pond).This pond IS THE third BIGGEST POND IN AP.
