Kudwiny [kudˈvinɨ] (German Kudwinnen) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Barciany, 19 km (12 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 72 km (45 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The settlement has a population of 20.
