Kuhsar (Persian: كوهسار; formerly, Chendar (Persian: چِندار), also Romanized as Chendār and Chandār)[1] is a city in and the capital of Chendar District, in Savojbolagh County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 7,757, in 2,075 families.[2]
