Lai Shiu Wing (Chinese: 黎兆榮; Jyutping: lai⁴ siu⁶ wing⁴, 1917–26 July 1988) was a Hong Kong footballer. He was a member of Republic of China (now Chinese Taipei) national football team.^[2] He was the head coach of Hong Kong national football team.^[3]

He previously played for Kitchee,^[4] Eastern, Sing Tao SC and South China.^[5]
