The Lake Upemba forest tree frog, Leptopelis parbocagii, is a species of frog in the Arthroleptidae family found in Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Zambia. Its natural habitats are moist savanna, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, pastureland, and seasonally flooded agricultural land.
