The Victoria Forest tree frog, Leptopelis boulengeri, is a species of frog in the Arthroleptidae family found in Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, and Angola, and possibly the Central African Republic. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers.
