Lars Højer Nielsen (born 8 December 1970) is a former Danish professional football midfielder. He played 166 matches for F.C. Copenhagen in the Danish Superliga from 1992 to 1999.
Lars Højer was known as a free kick specialist.
Previously he led BK Skjold's team from the 4th best Danish league to the 2nd best Danish league as playing coach. He has also coached the club's women's team.
Currently Højer is head scout for F.C. Copenhagen.
