Leah Sibyl Cecil (born March 20, 1990) is a former American beauty pageant titleholder from Garden Grove, California who was named Miss California 2012.[1][2][3]

Biography

In August 2010, Cecil won the title of Miss Garden Grove 2011.[4]

Cecil won the title of Miss California on June 30, 2012, when she received her crown from outgoing titleholder Noelle Freeman.[5][6][7] She was a contestant of Wipeout.
