Lee Hookey (born 6 April 1979 in New South Wales) is an Australian rugby league player.
Lee Hookey played for South Sydney Rabbitohs (twice) 1999, 2003-05, St. George Illawarra Dragons 2000-2002, and the Penrith Panthers in 2006, playing at Centre. He retired in 2007.
