Leylan-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان ليلان شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Leylan District, Malekan County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 3,838, in 858 families.[2] The rural district has 11 villages.
