Libina (German: Liebau) is a village and municipality (obec) in Å umperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 27.26 square kilometres (10.53 sq mi), and has a population of 3,465 (as at 3 July 2006).
Libina lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Å umperk, 35 km (22 mi) north of Olomouc, and 192 km (119 mi) east of Prague.
The village is eight km long and is located at the foot of the JesenÃky Mountains. It is divided into three administrative parts: Dolnà Libina, Hornà Libina and ObÄ›dné.
The village existed more than six centuries ago and was first mentioned in 1344. The monuments of the village include the chapel in Dolnà Libina part, St. George’s Church or new renaissance building of Langer’s villa.
