Kosov is a village and municipality (obec) in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.47 square kilometres (2.11 sq mi), and has a population of 307 (as at 28 August 2006).
Kosov lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-west of Šumperk, 46 km (29 mi) north-west of Olomouc, and 173 km (107 mi) east of Prague.
