The 1991–92 Honduran Liga Nacional was the 26th season of the Honduran top division since its establishment in 1965. The season ended on 5 March 1992. C.D. Motagua won their first league title since 1978, beating Real C.D. España 1–0 on the final match with a goal from Alex Ávila.[1] The league was contested by 10 teams.
