The Australian High Commissioner to Tanzania is the Australian government's foremost diplomatic representative in Tanzania.[1] After the Australian Government closed its post in Dar-es-Salaam in 1987, the Australian High Commissioner in Kenya was named responsible for representing Australian interests in Tanzania.
