List of Binibining Pilipinas-Grand International titleholders

Prior to the BPCI's acquisition of the local franchise for the Miss Grand International pageant in 2015, the Philippines has been sending official delegates to the said pageant through Miss Grand Philippines, since 2013 until 2014. In 2016, the title Binibining Pilipinas-Grand International was proclaimed together with the Miss Universe Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas- Supranational, Binibining Pilipinas- Intercontinental and Binibining Pilipinas Globe in one coronation night. Under BPCI, the Philippines has yet to win a Miss Grand International crown (see table below). The current title holder of Bb. Pilipinas-Grand International is Nicole Cordoves.
