List of Binibining Pilipinas-Supranational titleholders

Prior to the BPCI's acquisition of the local franchise for the Miss Supranational pageant in 2012, the Philippines has been sending official delegates to the said pageant through Miss Supranational Philippines in 2011. In 2013, the title Binibining Pilipinas-Supranational was proclaimed together with the Miss Universe Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas International, and Binibining Pilipinas Tourism in one coronation night. Under BPCI, the Philippines has won one Miss Supranational crown. The current title holder of Bb. Pilipinas-Supranational is Joanna Louise Eden.
