In Cyprus, Cablenet provides up to 120 Mbit/s downstream and 8 Mbit/s upstream.
Estonia
In Estonia, there are three major cable internet providers (amongst other, smaller providers): AS Starman, Elion Enterprises Limited and STV AS. Elion offers higher speeds for the same price in certain areas where the infrastructure has been improved (end-goal being that everyone will move to higher speed plans eventually) and hence both options have been outlined in the table below.
Starman currently retains its old plans for customers who don't wish to upgrade and who joined the service before 21 September 2014 (the old plans have speeds approximately half of the current speeds and with costs lower by 11%-23%, depending on the plan). Starman no longer utilises the PowerBoost technology with its new service plans.
STV applies region-based pricing and the price/speed ratio is largely dependent on the different service plans. The prices specified in the table below are only for the Saturn service plans.
