Ravichandran Ashwin is an Indian international cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm off break bowler. He is the fastest Indian bowler to reach the 50-, 100- and 150-wicket mark in Test cricket.[1] As of December 2015, Ashwin has played 32 Test matches and has taken five-wickets in an innings 16 times in a Test match, while also taking ten-wickets in a match 4 times in his career. With 16 five-wicket hauls across all formats of the game, he ranks joint 19th in the all-time list, and joint-fourth (along with B. S. Chandrasekhar) among his countrymen.[lower-alpha 1]
