A listing of the lieutenant governors of the State of Delaware. The Office of Lieutenant Governor was created by the Delaware Constitution of 1897, and the first election took place in 1900.

Living former U.S. Lieutenant Governors of Delaware
As of January 2015, there are seven former U.S. lieutenant governors of Delaware who are currently living at this time, The oldest U.S. lieutenant governor of Delaware being David P. Buckson (1957–1960, born 1920). The most recent death of a former U.S. lieutenant governor of Delaware was that of Eugene Bookhammer (served 1969-1977, born 1918), who died on February 23, 2013.
