List of mountains and hills of the United Kingdom
This is a links page to the hills and mountains to be found in the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales), and includes lists of the highest mountains in each of the constituent countries.
The fifty six highest mountains in the UK are all to be found in Scotland, and so no single table for the UK's highest is given.
There are two lists in common use. The Munro list was created by Sir Hugh Munro in 1891, with a series of revisions following. This is a list of summits, in Scotland, that are over 3,000 feet but are not regarded as separate mountains. The Marilyns are summits in England, that have 150m or more of relative height.
