Arkansas
- Unconstitutional Arkansas – An organization created to highlight the unconstitutionality of laws that prohibit or impede nudism. The organization uses Arkansas law § 5-68-204 as a case study. This law may be unique in that it criminalizes freedom of speech, but all anti-nudism laws infringe upon naturists’ First Amendment right to peaceably assemble, according to this group.[1]
