Liuying District (Chinese: 柳營區; Hanyu Pinyin: Liǔyíng Qū; Tongyong Pinyin: Liǒuyíng Cyu; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Liú-iâⁿ-khu) is a rural district of about 21,601 residents in Tainan, Taiwan.
