Live in England is a live album by Mickey Newbury released in 1998.
Recording
These recordings were culled from Newbury's 1993 21-day tour of Britain with country singer Don Williams and was his second live release in four years. As Newbury explains during the show, his personal appearances over the previous two decades had been restricted to a tour of Australia in 1984, a tour of Poland in 1988, and a few charity shows in the U.S., although he had played a few other scattered shows and made several television spots during those years as well. William Ruhlmann of AllMusic argues, "In concert, his work can be forbidding unless you are already a fan, and especially for those who picked up Nights When I Am Sane four years earlier, Live in England is not an essential purchase."
