Locke Township is one of sixteen townships in Elkhart County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 3,913.[3]
History
Locke Township was organized in the 1840s.[4] It was named for Samuel Lockwood, a pioneer settler and native of Vermont.[5]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 17.78 square miles (46.0 km2), all land.[3]
