Lost Creek is an unincorporated community in Breathitt County, Kentucky. Lost Creek is located at the junction of Kentucky Route 15 and Kentucky Route 476 5.9 miles (9.5 km) south-southeast of Jackson.[2] Lost Creek has a post office with ZIP code 41348, which opened on October 11, 1849.[3][4]
