TBD

An election to Louth County Council took place on 23 May 2014 as part of that year's Irish local elections. 29 councillors were elected from four electoral divisions by PR-STV voting for a five-year term of office.[1][2] Ahead of the 2014 election Louth was redrawn into four electoral areas, a reduction of one from five, and the number of councillors was increased to 29, from a previous total of 26. Drogheda Borough Council, Dundalk Town Council and Ardee Town Council were all abolished.
