"Love @ 1st Sight" is a song by American recording artist Mary J. Blige, performed along with rapper Method Man. Taken from her sixth studio album, Love & Life (2003), it was released as the album's lead single in June 2003, it reached number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 10 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. In addition, the song charted within the top 20 in Italy and the United Kingdom. Produced by P. Diddy and Mario Winans for The Hitmen, "Love @ 1st Sight" samples the song "Hot Sex" performed by A Tribe Called Quest.

Method Man, in his rap section, mentions word of Blige's albums, What's the 411? and No More Drama, as well as the sampled "Hot Sex". The album version has an intro produced by Stevie J, while the radio edit with intro was used for the accompanying music video. Method Man appears in it, while Diddy makes a special cameo appearance. An iPod is featured prominently at the beginning of video, an instance of paid-for product placement on the part of Apple Inc..^[2]
