Luis Manuel de los Santos Martinez (born December 29, 1966 in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic) is a former Major League Baseball first baseman. De los Santos played in the majors for parts of three seasons, including stints with the Kansas City Royals (1988-1989) and the Detroit Tigers (1991). Afterwards, de los Santos played professionally in Japan (1997), Taiwan (1994–1995), 1998, Korea (2001 and Italy in the Nettuno (baseball team) ).
