MAZ-7907 (Russian: МАЗ-7907) is a Soviet army 24×24 transporter erector launcher prototype designed and developed by the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ) in Belarus.

It was developed primarily for use as a SS-24 ICBM mobile launcher. It was designed in 1985, and of which two prototypes were produced. At least one seems to have been used after the collapse of the USSR for transportation of bridge parts and ships. Their fate is unclear.

On August 9, 1983 the Soviet government issued a decree on the establishment of the RT-23 Molodets ICBM. The project road-mobile missile system has been called "Celina-2" and received an index of the customer 15P162.

The first prototype was assembled on MAZ in March 1985 and was considered as an alternative landing gear on the program "Celina-2." The chassis had to be capable of transporting a missile launch weight of 104.5 tons, a length of 22.6 m and a diameter of 2.4 m in the WPK and the equipment that provides storage, transportation, training and launch.

Vehicle length is 28.1 m, width 4.1 m, height 4.4 m.
