Mahmoud Hassan (Egyptian Arabic: محمود حسن), more commonly known as Trezeguet[1] (born October 1, 1994 in Egypt) is an Egyptian Footballer. He plays as an attacking midfielder for Anderlecht in the Belgian Pro League, on loan from El Ahly.

Club career

He is a product of El Ahly youth academy. His first appearance with Ahly SC first team was in the 2012 CAF Champions League. He was offered a trial for French side Nice after playing well in the African Youth Cup. He is known for his outstanding pace and dribbling skills.

He scored a goal against England at the 2013 U-20 World Cup.

Celtic and Nottingham Forest were interested in signing him after impressing at the U-20 World Cup in Turkey.[2]

On 6 August 2015 he signed a loan deal with RSC Anderlecht with an option to buy after the season loan.[3]
