Manoj Muntashir (born 27 February 1976) is an Indian lyricist and TV writer.[1] He has done many big tickets shows on television and. He also wrote lyrics for the hit song "Galliyan" in the film Ek Villain. Born in Amethi, he started his career as lyricist with movie The Great Indian Butterfly. Through his successful writing career, he had won many awards including Star Guild Awards, Indian Telly Awards, etc.[2]

Personal life

Muntashir was born in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh.[3] He is married to Neelam Muntashir and they have one child.[4][5]

Filmography

He has written lyrics for Bollywood films and TV Shows.[6] He also wrote lyrics for the song "Galliyan" from Ek Villain with music by Ankit Tiwari. In 2015, he wrote all dialogues and lyrics for the songs for the Hindi version of the film Baahubali: The Beginning which rank among one of highest grossing Indian films.
