Mark Ray (born 2 October 1952 in Surry Hills, New South Wales) is a former Australian first-class cricket player, who played for New South Wales in the 1981/82 season, before moving to Tasmania, where he played for Tasmania from 1982/83 until he retired in 1985/86. He also captained Tasmania on 5 occasions, becoming the 40th captain to lead the Tasmanian side.
A left-handed middle-order batsman, and slow left arm orthodox bowler, he was a capable all-rounder.
