Mazzarrà Sant'Andrea is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 150 kilometres (93 mi) east of Palermo and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,670 and an area of 6.6 square kilometres (2.5 sq mi).[1]
