Medi is a village in Gangapur City in Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan, India.

The Village Medi stabilied in 1669, by 2 brothers they came from madyapradesh, sabalgarh district Nowadays there are most of family belongs from Meena cast and also known as Dudawat & Jhareda. Swarnkar (Soni), Brahman, Baniya, Kohli, Kumhar, Harijan, Bargi, Goswami, Muslim and some more cast also live in this village.
