Memuro (芽室町 Memuro-chō) is a town located in Kasai District, Tokachi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.
As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 19,315 and a density of 38 persons per km². The total area is 513.91 km².
The Hokkaido Prefectural Tokachi Agricultural Experiment Station is located in Memuro.
Memuro is the sister city of Tracy, California.
