Merryvale is a locality in the Scenic Rim Region local government area of South East Queensland, Australia. Merryvale is located in the upper Bremer River valley and its main land use is agriculture. The population of the locality is low, a minor portion of the larger census area of Rosevale, which has a population of 268.[1]

A small school was once located in Merryvale.[2] Merryvale State School held its 50th jubilee celebrations on 7 August 1947.[2] The school was moved to nearby Franklyn Vale and then returned sometime later.
