Michael Buss

Michael John Buss (born 4 June 1955) is an Australian judicial officer. He has been a Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia since 1 February 2006.[1]

Education

Buss was born in New South Wales, before transferring to Western Australia and completed a Law Degree at the University of Western Australia.

Legal career

He was a successful barrister in Perth and appeared before the High Court of Australia before appointed as a Justice in the Supreme Court of Appeal. He was appointed a Queen's Counsel in December 1993.
