Miss Model of the World 2004, the 15th edition of Miss Model of the World beauty pageant was held in Hangzhou, China . 59 delegates around the world competed for the crown, Aqiyla Gomez of Trinidad and Tobago was crowned Miss Model of the World 2004 by outgoing titleholder Amy Yan Wei of China.

Results

Ma Li of China won the congeniality award, Sandy Farah of Lebanon the photogenic award, Khemanit Jamikorn of Thailand the 'Best Model of the World' award, and Renata Rosa Rebeina of Brazil the best national costume award.
