Miwa, Kyoto
Miwa (三和町 Miwa-chō) was a town located in Amata District, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 4,313 and a density of 47.64 per km². The total area was 90.53 km².
On January 1, 2006, Miwa, along with the town of Yakuno (also from Amata District), and the town of Ōe (from Kasa District), was merged into the expanded city of Fukuchiyama.
